I was lucky enough to be chosen to have a House Party featuring Boca Meatless Products. I have been a vegetarian for many years and I love preparing healthy family friendly food. My Boca House Party package included recipe cards featuring different Boca products. We served Boca Burgers and also made Terrific Taco Salad. I have listed the recipe below. I must admit my Taco Salad did not look as fancy as the picture but it definitely tasted as good as it looks.
