Back to School with Yoplait Go-Gurt (Review and Giveaway)
We love Yoplait Go-Gurt around here! They make such a convenient snack because they are individually packaged...so they are great for a treat on the go. Earlier this summer my son saw a commercial for Go-Gurt that encouraged trying them frozen. Since then frozen Go-Gurts have been my son's favorite snack!
I plan to throw Go-Gurts in my son's school lunches frozen and they will be ready to eat at lunch time. I especially appreciate that my 6 year old can open them himself and they are mess free because they are self contained.
I was lucky to receive a fun Back to School gift package from Yoplait Go-Gurt and My Blog Spark. Little man was super excited by the calculator and fan pen. You know he is going to be a big first grader this year so he was super thrilled for fun school supplies. One reader will be the lucky winner of the same package I received. The package is pictured below (a coupon for Go-Gurt will be included rather than the product itself).

I had a niece spend a week, and I had picked up 2 boxes of GoGurts... and guess who got the leftovers after she left ... Me :) YUMMY!!
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I can say about the GoGurts... dont squeeze it as your coming up the package with both fingers getting that little bit on the bottom, and have it leave your mouth. You will get a face wash of yogurt. Just saying :)

Hi, my back to school lunch tip is to have my child help me shop for the lunch items, and then help me pack them. She's much more likely to eat them then!

My lunch tip is to not give the same thing every day - try a weekly routine, and then your little one knows what to expect, but doesn't get tired of the same old stuff.

ReplyDeleteI homeschool...so my back to school lunch tip is slightly different from everyone elses...We like to pack lunches to go on a picnic or outing of some sort. I collect insulated lunch totes so we can bring it all since we do not own a cooler.

Freeze something--the drink, the GoGurt, the sandwich, to keep the whole lunch cold until lunch!

Neither of my boys go to school yet, but we sure have plenty of playdates and bring our lunches along. We love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and a trick I use to avoid the bread getting mushy is spread butter on first. The boys love yogurt in our lunch too!

freeze the drink to keep stuff cold, use cloth napkins to be green, and use wraps instead of bread, they don't get soggy as fast
